This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It's written plainly on purpose. If anything's unclear, just ask.
Eagre is a pet product data syndication (PXM) platform for the UK specialist pet retail market, operated by its founder, Rich. The data controller for this website is Commercial Impact Solutions Ltd (United Kingdom). You can reach us at hello@eagre.pet.
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, work email, company, whether you're a brand or retailer, and any message you add. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the conversation about Eagre. That's it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): responding to people who choose to contact us.
Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our business email — both act as processors on our behalf. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them. We don't pass your details to anyone else, and never for marketing.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold (access), ask us to correct it (rectification) or delete it (erasure), ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing altogether. Email hello@eagre.pet and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
