Pricing

What does Eagre cost?

Eagre is priced per SKU, per month — from £5 per SKU per month with one retailer connected. Each product carries a small platform fee plus a per-retailer connection fee, so you pay for exactly the SKUs you sync and the shelves you sync them to. No per-user seats, and no charge for products you leave off the platform.

From £5 per SKU · per month
with one retailer connected

The fee has two parts: a platform fee per SKU — the golden record, approval workflow for go-live, a record of what was published and when, and ongoing sync — plus a connection fee per retailer on that SKU. A product syncing to one retailer starts at £5 a month; each additional connected retailer adds a small increment, because each one is another shelf Eagre keeps correct for you.

That's the whole model. No seats, no tiers to decode, no surprise onboarding line. Exact rates are confirmed on a call, sized to your catalogue.

How the model works

Three numbers decide your price. You control all three.

01 · SKUs

Products you put on Eagre

You choose which SKUs live on the platform. Start with the range that drifts worst — you can see it in your own reviews and returns — and widen from there.

02 · RETAILERS

Shelves you keep in sync

Each connected retailer adds a small per-SKU increment. More shelves, more places Eagre keeps your truth intact — and the per-shelf cost falls as a share of what each listing earns.

03 · TIME

Billed monthly

Per SKU, per month. Scale up for a range launch, scale down after a rationalisation. The bill follows your catalogue, not a contract tier.

The savings

Priced against what it replaces.

The per-SKU fee isn't a new line on top of what you already spend keeping the digital shelf right. For most brands it replaces two existing costs and stops a third one nobody invoices you for.

A · TOOL SPEND

Monitoring you may no longer need

Digital-shelf monitoring platforms tell you what's wrong with your product pages — then the fixing is still on you, retailer by retailer, email by email. Because Eagre corrects the record at source and syndicates the fix, journalled end to end, many brands find the monitor-and-chase subscription largely redundant. Others keep a lighter layer and let Eagre do the fixing.

B · TIME & ADMIN

Hours back, every week

New-line set-ups re-keyed into every retailer's portal and template. Weekly shelf checks. The analyse → chase → fix → re-check cycle when something drifts. One golden record replaces all of it with a single edit and an approval — the fee buys back a real slice of a commercial team's week, on both sides of the relationship.

C · LOST SALES

The cost nobody invoices

Bad data doesn't send a bill — it just quietly loses the sale. Wrong or thin content suppresses conversion and on-site search ranking, steers AI assistants to a competitor, and turns delivered orders into returns and one-star reviews. It's the biggest number on this page and it never shows on a P&L. Ask for a drift review and we'll show you where your own listings diverge today — a concrete starting point for weighing up what it's costing.

The other side of the ledger

Compare it with what drift already costs you.

We track the same products across the UK's major pet retailers, matched by barcode. The drift is not an edge case — it's the norm.

The cost of drift (measured)

  • 96.5% of matched products have an ingredients issue — the list missing or mismatched somewhere they're sold.
  • 99.2% have a nutrition-table issue; 100% have a feeding-guide issue.
  • Not one product we matched across genuinely different retailers had its factual content complete and word-for-word consistent on every listing.
  • Every one of those is a shopper misled, a return risked, a review endangered — and an AI assistant quietly steered elsewhere.

The cost of sync (from £5)

  • One "not as described" return can cost more than a year of Eagre for that SKU.
  • One corrected listing protects the reviews, conversion and search ranking of a product you already paid to develop, list and market.
  • And the biggest line never appears on an invoice: the sales that quietly went elsewhere while your data was wrong.
The question isn't whether £5 a month per SKU is cheap. It's whether the drift you're carrying right now is dearer. It almost certainly is.
Pricing FAQ

Asked before every pricing conversation.

How is Eagre priced?
Per SKU, per month. Each product carries a small platform fee plus a per-retailer connection fee, so the price starts from £5 per SKU per month with one retailer connected and scales with the number of retailers you keep in sync. There are no per-user seat charges and no charge for products you don't put on the platform.
What are the contract terms?
Eagre runs on simple annual partnership terms — syndication is infrastructure, and both sides get more from it when it's in place for the long run. Within the term you stay in control of the two numbers that set your bill: how many SKUs are on the platform and how many retailers each one syncs to. The commitment is to the partnership, not to a fixed invoice.
Do I still need a digital-shelf monitoring tool?
Maybe not. Monitoring platforms report what's wrong with your product pages; the fixing is still manual, retailer by retailer. Because Eagre corrects the record at source and syndicates the fix — journalled end to end, with the retailer owning the go-live gate — many brands find the monitor-and-chase cycle — and the subscription behind it — largely redundant. Others keep a lighter monitoring layer and let Eagre do the fixing.
What's included in the per-SKU fee?
The golden record for each SKU, syndication to your connected retailers, the retailer approval workflow for go-live, a record of what was published and when, and ongoing sync — when you correct the record, the correction reaches every connected retailer. Onboarding your catalogue is part of getting started, not a hidden line item.
Is there a founding partner offer?
Yes. Through 2026 Eagre is onboarding a small number of founding brand and retail partners on preferential terms, with first look at new connectors and a direct say in the roadmap. Start a conversation to talk through what that looks like for your catalogue.
